I’ve been thinking for a while before starting the program.
When I finally started it, it looked to me too strict and weird somehow.
First 2 weeks were really awful.
I was just trying psychologically to get over it.
One morning I’ve noticed the 1st signs of recomposition. I was like is this really happening to me? In the middle of the 3rd week it was obvious that the body is tonned and recomposition is really happening.
As the time has been passing the things were improving. Both the body and the health in general- more energy, healthier soul.
Normally the habits weren’t easier but if you know what you want, it’s worth to do this change in your life.
I definitely needed it – I am sure that everyone of us need it in some time since it improves your discipline and self control in general.
